Update - Legs of Jelly

Friday morning. 3 mornings after the “Leg Workout”. I can finally go to the bathroom without giving sincere thanks for the foresight of whomever put handicapped handrails on the side of the toilet!

So far, my cardio this week has been centered around shoveling snow and scraping/chiseling ice off my loooong and slopey driveway. While I was at it, I figured out that it is built of the same stuff my parents used to walk on to get to school … you know, that “uphill both ways” stuff? My driveway is always going uphill, regardless of the direction of my shovel.
